Who we are
Earth School is run by Sirintra Patramalai (Haina), in Bangkok, Thailand. We decide how your information is used. You can reach us at hello@earthschoolhq.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us in our forms: your name, email address, organisation, city and country, your role, the number of students (if you share it) and your message. If you join the waitlist, we also store the interests you tick.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, send sample pages and, if you join the waitlist or tick the updates box, send you emails about Earth School and the journal. Enquiries do not receive marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who sees it
Only Earth School and the services that help us run the site and send email. At the moment these are Klaviyo, which stores contacts and sends our emails, and Cloudflare, which hosts the website. We do not sell your information. These services may process your information outside Thailand, including in the United States, and we rely on their security and privacy commitments.
If you message us on Instagram to join the waitlist, your email address is passed to Klaviyo.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and messages are kept for up to two years, then deleted. If you join the waitlist or subscribe, we keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@earthschoolhq.com. This applies under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, if you live in the EU or UK, under the equivalent laws there.
Children
Our website is for parents, teachers and organisations. It is not for children to use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Cookies
The basic site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address when a page loads. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
