The Gratitude Journal for Kids
A guided daily journal rooted in positive psychology. Children learn useful ways of thinking, then practise them through daily reflection, small challenges and meaningful conversations.Hardcover, 5.25 x 7.25 in (13.3 x 18.4 cm), 216 pages, English. About 5 minutes a day, morning and evening.

Many gratitude journals ask one question. This one follows a framework.
Every page draws on five practices from positive psychology. Children notice what is good, take agency over what they can influence, practise qualities like courage and kindness, remember what mattered and reflect on what they learned. The journal never tells children who they are. They are still growing, and it helps them see that who they want to be is something they can practise.
